Article 2: Responsibility for Vendor Content
2-1. Vendors register on the Platform and upload content related to their Listings independently and of their own free will.
2-2. The full and exclusive responsibility for all content uploaded by Vendors, including (but not limited to) titles, descriptions, images, prices, discount amounts, and validity dates, rests directly with the respective Vendor.
2-3. The PersianFlyers.com Platform does not hold any ownership over the Listings offered, is not involved in their production, sourcing, or direct sale, and merely acts as an introductory and communication intermediary.
Article 3: Disclaimer Regarding Listing Information
3-1. The PersianFlyers.com Platform accepts no guarantee or commitment regarding the accuracy, precision, completeness, or timeliness of the information provided by Vendors.
3-2. The responsibility for any discrepancy, error, or non-conformity in the following cases lies directly with the Vendor who registered the Listing, and the PersianFlyers.com Platform shall have no legal, financial, or moral liability or obligation in relation to them:
- Product Price: Discrepancy between the final price at the Vendor’s location and the price announced on the Platform.
- Discount Amount: Incorrect, unrealistic, or miscalculated discount percentages or values.
- Validity Date: Expiration of the offer’s validity period, or the Vendor’s refusal to honor the discount within the announced timeframe.
- Quality and Authenticity: The quality, authenticity, or non-compliance of the received product with the descriptions and images provided on the Platform.
- Availability: The unavailability or “out of stock” status of a product despite it being displayed on the Platform.
3-3. Users are obligated to verify and validate all information (especially price, discount amount, and validity date) directly with the respective Vendor before taking any action to purchase or use the services.
3-4. Any financial transaction, agreement, or contract is made directly between the user and the Vendor, and the PersianFlyers.com Platform does not accept any responsibility for problems, damages, or potential disputes arising from these interactions.
Article 4: Disclaimer Regarding Advertisements
4-1. Advertising banners, external links, and advertisements displayed in various sections of the Platform (which do not belong to the registered Vendors on the site) are purely promotional and are provided by third parties.
4-2. The display of these advertisements does not, under any circumstances, imply endorsement of the content, products, services, or the accuracy of the information provided therein by the PersianFlyers.com Platform.
4-3. The PersianFlyers.com Platform assumes no responsibility for the content of those advertisements, the offers presented, or any interaction, purchase, or potential damage resulting from clicking on those links and engaging with those businesses.
